The problem
Contractors run jobs across four or five disconnected tools: spreadsheets for budgets, a notebook for site costs, WhatsApp for clients and a separate app for invoices. The office never sees the real numbers until it is too late to act on them.
What we built
- Projects, schedules, budgets and cost codes live in one place that works on a phone at the site and on a laptop in the office.
- A quantity-surveying AI drafts bills of quantities from project scope using regional construction standards and pricing.
- Invoicing with online payments, time tracking and payroll are connected to the same project records.
- A WhatsApp agent creates invoices, sends PDFs, logs expenses and answers questions about the books in plain language.
